Mobimo’s investment portfolio is continuously being supplemented with residential and commercial properties developed by the company itself. The newly constructed properties increase the quality of the portfolio even further. Mobimo is currently planning and building real estate with a total investment volume of around CHF 700 million. Investment properties under construction for the company’s own portfolio represent CHF 70 million of this figure, with the remaining CHF 660 million being investment properties in the planning stage.

Mobimo develops owner-occupied properties for sale selectively and exclusively in the sought-after segments and locations. Mobimo is currently building and planning projects with a total value of about CHF 800 million.

In addition to developments for its own portfolio and for the sale of owner-occupied apartments, Mobimo also develops properties for third parties. The services it offers clients range from area, site and project developments through to turnkey real estate investments for institutional and private investors. The form of collaboration with partners is determined by the needs of the investors. The volume of investment properties for third parties in the planning or construction phase amounts to CHF 240 million.
